Canada Blower Co. has just increased the operating temperature limit of its unique range of fans and blowers for high temperature applications to 2200 Industry F. This was achieved through the use of stainless steel alloys with very high resistance to the wheels of high speed fans that can be safely at high temperatures.
Canada Blower Fans line of high temperature furnace now includes:
– The operation to 2200 F, centrifugal, different types of axial fans and plug;
– Pre-designed and manufactured vaiety types adapted for fans of all types of applications the turbine and accessories;
– Canada Blower engineers provide professional advice and recommend a fan for every application and design of the furnace / Plenum;
– The fan offering provides replacement fans competitive Garden City, Lau, IGE, Alloy Fabricating fan models repairs and construction and re-balance;
– Unique high temperature water cooled for operation up to 2300 F.
Fans of the cooling systems handling ambient air draft should have enough hot air and remain in operation until the Airstream cold temperatures below 120 F to prevent damage to the fan. The fan ambient air cooling system Tubeaxial is effective only when the fan is running.
There are two main types of High Temperature Fans – Axial and centrifugal:
Centrifugal wheels:
* Multiple front wheel to turn. This type of wheel is usually specified where there is a need for large volumes of low-flow medium, against the static pressure requirements. The forward curve blade is that it offers the same volume of air either because the rear wheel or radial blade fan in a lower speed, This is important due to wheel stresses at elevated temperatures. This fan is the most used in all types of heat treatment operations except where a material accumulation in the leaves may occur, as the imbalance would result in the wheel.
* Radial Blade, the paddle wheel type fans. This type of wheel is usually specified where there is a need for average volumes of flow against medium to large static pressures. The paddle wheel is considered a type of automatic cleaning wheel. It could be used when different materials or dust in the air stream. Thanks to its strong structural design is used in the treatment of many applications of heat at high temperatures, where one wants a maximum fan.
Axial Blade Wheels:
* The axial blade wheel is usually determined when there is a need for large volumes of flow against low static pressure. Axial on multiple sheets before the curve type wheel could cause an axial fan for provide air volumes to multiple static pressure while the total pressure requirement of the ventilation system has been underestimated. This type of fan is ideal in a large volume of flow required a minimum of duct work and is widely used in small and large furnaces, such as aluminum annealing.
Fans handling hot air currents must have sufficient airflow and will remain active until the cool air temperatures below 120 F to prevent damage to the fan. The fan Tubeaxial ambient air cooling system is effective only when the fan is running.
